Social Media Analysis
Since 2010, we have gained experience in the field of Social Media Analysis, by developing cloud platforms for social network management and content analysis. Our product Social Proxy, carried out on behalf of NTT Data Italy, has been used by major Italian Companies such as Coop Italy, Dolce & Gabbana, Giunti Editore and Benetton.
Our offer consists of a unique and integrated platform which meets all the key requirements to manage, listen and analyse content flows, extracted from the major social networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Foursquare, Tumblr) as well as from the web.
Through a fully customizable probe, the Social Proxy allows the automatic recovery of content and information from social networks and the web. Collected information may be aggregated or further filtered in order to obtain only what is really of interest. Sophisticated analysis capabilities identify trends, topics of interest, and the overall ‘feel’ of social flows and their evolution over time, as well as providing statistics on the quantitative and qualitative indicators of data.
The analysis is highly configurable: it can be based on the recovery of multiple streams, assigning different weights to each one (with or without comments). By using Entity Extraction tools, the Social Proxy automatically manages the recognition of concepts, along with linguistic techniques to identify the “sentiment” of posts. These services support multiple languages (including Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese). Other features include geographical analysis and the identification of influencers in social conversations.
